Return Window & Condition
– Gym wear and fitness accessories can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
– Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact. -
Eligible Items for Return
– Unused gym wear (leggings, shorts, tops)
– Fitness accessories (yoga mats, bands, water bottles)
– Excludes: opened supplements or cleared merchandise -
How to Initiate a Return
– Email support@heartstrongactive.com with:
• Order number
• Item name(s)
• Reason for the return
– We’ll email a prepaid return shipping label (for U.S. orders).
– For international returns, customers can return via any reliable carrier; we recommend tracking and insuring the package. -
Options After Return
– Refund: Full refund per our Refund Policy (minus any applicable fees).
– Exchange: Swap for a different size or color. If your desired item is out of stock, you'll receive a refund instead. -
Return Shipping & Costs
– Free return shipping within the U.S.
– International return shipping is customer’s responsibility.
– If we made a shipping error or your item arrived damaged/defective, return shipping costs are fully covered by us. -
Damaged or Defective Items
– Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order number.
– We’ll send a prepaid return label and promptly replace the product or issue a refund—your choice.
