Refund policy
At HeartStrong Activewear, we stand behind our products 100%. If you’re not entirely satisfied, here’s our professional and straightforward Refund Policy:

Eligibility for Refunds
– Applicable for unused, unworn gym wear and fitness accessories returned within 30 days of delivery.
– Refunds are not available for opened supplements (including Dexos tea), personal care items, or clearance/final-sale items. -
How to Request a Refund
– Email us at support@heartstrongactive.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a brief reason for your request.
– You’ll receive a prepaid return shipping label (U.S. orders only). International returns are also accepted, but return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error. -
Processing Your Refund
– Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it within 3–5 business days.
– Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Expect to see the credit within 5–7 business days after approval (depending on your bank). -
Partial Refunds & Exceptions
– In cases where the item shows signs of wear or is missing original packaging, a partial refund may be issued.
– Orders placed using discount codes—where the discount is greater than $20—may incur a $5 restocking fee. -
Order Cancellations
– You may cancel your order before it ships for a full refund. Once it ships, our standard return/refund process applies.
